ELAINA JACKSON, PHD
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR, LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY
Elaina was recently named the Senior Managing Director of Leadership and Strategy at FCG and brings nearly two decades of experience working in various marketing, public relations, and fundraising leadership roles for local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Elaina completed her bachelors degree in mass communications and masters degree in management from Belhaven University and earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. She has led national conversations on nonprofit communications strategy and how to bolster communications campaign efforts on a limited budget. She has also earned an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) certification and Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership.
Elaina’s research and current work is focused on helping nonprofit leaders strengthen their ability to effectively lead their organizations’ efforts to create lasting and impactful change in the communities they serve and to help these leaders recognize and develop leadership in others.
When she is not at the office, Elaina is writing a paper for school or cheering for her children on a soccer sideline somewhere in America.
