What We’re Creating

You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.

– Maya Angelou

At Fahrenheit Creative Group, we’re trying to create more than beautiful and meaningful creative. That’s a really important part of what we do. But we’re also creating something different. A different kind of place to work. A different kind of culture. A different kind of agency where people who are underrepresented, under appreciated, and underestimated in the marketing, advertising, and communications sectors.

Being different requires a different foundation, and ours is built on equity, justice, learning, and community. We strive to practice and promote those values in our office and advance those ideals through our work.

We don’t confuse equity with equality. We recognize unjust policies and practices have created huge disparities that require solutions that ensure those who are most in need get the most support.

We never forget that justice is what love looks like in public (thanks to Cornel West). Our work is focused on ensuring more people experience what justice feels like, especially those who have been denied justice for too long.

We build community among our team through book club, quarterly learning activities, and hanging out on the FCG Playground. We engage community to understand how we can contribute to grassroots change and transformation. We understand building community is essential to our ability to create sustainable change.

We love to learn. About ourselves. About our world. About how we can get better at our craft and be better human beings.
